以Fe(CO)5为前驱体,通过金属有机化学气相沉积((MOCVD))工艺在碳纤维(CF)表面沉积连续α-Fe膜,从而制得CF@Fe复合材料.用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和矢量网络分析仪对粉末的结构及电磁性能进行表征,并对其吸波性能进行研究.结果表明:碳纤维表面沉积的膜层为纯α-Fe相,厚度约为0.7μm,沉积薄膜比较均匀完整地覆盖在碳纤维表面,没有裂纹、孔洞等明显缺陷;碳纤维表面沉积α-Fe膜后,其电磁性能发生了明显改变,吸波能力有了较好改善;利用测得的同轴环样品的电磁参数,模拟计算出CF及CF@Fe涂层在厚度d=2 mm条件下的反射率曲线,可以看出,沉积连续α-Fe膜后使得样品的吸收峰向高频移动,最小反射率峰值减小,小于-10 dB的频宽增加4.2 GHz.
