利用审温固相反应在NaCl-KCl熔盐介质中,通过焙烧含SnO_2纳米颗粒前驱体合成了Sn02纳米棒,并采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜、选区电子衍射和X射线光电子能谱对SnO_2纳米棒进行了表征.结果表明,SnO_2纳米棒是表面光滑、结晶完整的金红石结构单晶体,直径为10~20nm,长度为几百纳米到几个微米.程序升温还原结果表明,SnO_2纳米棒具有较好的氧化还原性能和催化活性.探讨了SnO_2纳米棒的氧化还原机理.
SnO_2 nanorods were successfully synthesized in molten NaCl-KCl salt through calcination of SnO_2 nanoparticles precursor pre-pared by solid state reaction at room temperature. The structure and morphology of SnO_2 nanorods were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, selected-area electron diffraction, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results showed that the SnO_2nanorods with 10-20 nm diameter and several micrometers length were futile structure. The results of H_2temperature-programmed reduction demonstrated that the SnO_2 nanorods had good redox performance. The redox mechanism was discussed in detai l.
