报道了对烷氧基取代的MeO-BIPHEP型手性双膦配体钌配合物催化的β-酮酸酯不对称加氢反应,考察了反应温度、压力、底物/催化剂摩尔比和溶剂对反应的影响.结果表明,在乙醇中该配合物催化3-丁酮酸乙酯加氢反应的对映选择性达98.0%,且对含不同取代基的β-酮酸酯均表现出较高的活性和对映选择性.

A series of optically active MeO-BIPHEP type ligands, (R)-6,6'-dimethoxy-2,2'-bis(di-p-alkoxyphenyl-phosphine)-1,1'-biphenyl, were synthesized, and the ruthenium complex with these ligands, [Ru(diphosphine)(C_6H_6)Cl]Cl, was applied for the asymmetric hydrogena-tion of β-ketoesters. Influence of temperature, pressure, substrate/catalyst molar ratio, and solvents was tested. The results showed that the 98.0% of ee value was achieved for the hydrogenation of ethyl acetoacetate in EtOH. [Ru(diphosphine)(C_6H_6)Cl]Cl showed high catalytic activity and enantioselectivity for the asymmetric hydrogenation of various β-ketoesters.
