研究了催化剂浆液分散时间和分散剂等制备条件对Pt/C催化剂电化学活性的影响.结果表明,催化剂浆液的超声振荡时间和分散剂对Pt/C催化剂性能影响很大.当超声分散10 min时,对应的电化学性能最好;低于10 min时,催化剂的分散不够完全,性能较差;超声分散时间过长,则由于浆液温度升高使得样品颗粒团聚长大,导致Pt/C电化学催化能下降.在所考察的分散剂中,以乙醇分散制得的催化剂浆液对应的Pt/C电化学面积较大,其相应的氧还原反应活性较高.这可能是由于乙醉的极性和粘度系数小,以及超声过程中浆液温度较低等共同作用所致.
