以乙二醇为溶剂,采用溶剂热法制备了BiOCl纳米片微球.BiOCl纳米片交织在一起,形成开放的微孔结构.不同条件下合成的BiOCl形貌分析表明,纳米片微球的形成是乙二醇辅助生长的过程:乙二醇的2个氧原子与1个或2个铋离子配位生成含铋多聚络合物.在溶剂热过程中,Bi3+离子催化乙二醇聚合脱水,生成的水分子反过来原位促进金属醇盐的水解,进而缩聚形成Bi-O-Bi结构.Bi-O-Bi单元利用乙二醇的配位交联作用逐步从溶液相汲取流离的铋离子,生长形成更大的BiOCl组装结构.这些BiOCl纳米片单元以晶核为中心呈辐射状生长,最终形成纳米片微球结构.该微球表面微孔结构有利于其对染料的吸附和传质,因而表现出较好的染料敏化可见光光催化活性.
