采用原位红外光谱研究了 Pd/NiAl2O4催化剂上甲烷燃烧反应机理,考察了 Pd 在载体上的氧化-还原状态对催化剂性能的影响.结果表明,甲酸盐向碳酸盐的转化是反应的控制步骤.经预还原处理的催化剂在贫燃富氧条件下反应一段时间后,活性组分仍为 Pd-PdO 混合形态; Pd 单质的存在使 O2在其上吸附形成活性 O2–物种,从而促进了甲酸盐向碳酸盐的转化.
