将二氧化锆(Zro2)分散于壳聚糖(CS)中得到稳定的CS-ZrO2复合物,制备了Hb/nano-Au/CS-ZrO2/Au过氧化氢生物传感器.用循环伏安法和计时电流法考察该修饰电极的电化学特性,发现该修饰电极对过氧化氢(H2O2)的还原有良好的电催化作用.实验结果表明,该传感器对H2O2的线性响应范围为9×10-6~1.8×10-3mol/L,线性相关系数R=0.9956,检测下限为5.6×10-7mol/L(S/N=3 ),并具有选择性高、线性范围宽和响应快等优点.
