以2-呋喃甲醛、苯甲酰肼及其衍生物为原料,合成了4个新型呋喃酰腙(4a～4d),用溶剂挥发法获得了酰腙4a的单晶,并用X射线单晶衍射仪测定了晶体和分子结构.通过元素分析、核磁共振、红外光谱、紫外光谱和荧光光谱等技术手段对酰腙(4a～4d)进行了表征.结构分析表明,酰腙4a通过分子间氢键和分子间呋喃环错位面对面π…π作用力构成二维链式层状结构;荧光分析表明,酰腙4c拥有较强的荧光发射.采用琼脂扩散法测试了酰腙(4a～4d)对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌的抑制活性,结果显示,酰腙4c对金黄色葡萄球菌有显著的抑制活性.
