介绍了一种可应用于大尺寸TFT-LCD的新型柱状隔垫物(photo-spacer)材料.与已经量产的材料相比,该材料具有更高的弹性恢复率和外压形变承受能力.在相同生产条件下的对比实验显示,该材料经过230℃加热20 min柱高的缩小率为3.04%,具有较好的热稳定性.机械性能评价结果显示,摩擦压力对于Spacer柱高没有太大的影响.
