为改善聚二氧乙基噻吩∶聚对苯乙烯磺酸(PEDOT∶ PSS)薄膜的光电性能,采用共混-旋涂法在玻璃基片上分别制备出经丙三醇、山梨醇、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)掺杂的PEDOT∶ PSS透明导电膜.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),原子力显微镜(AFM),紫外可见分光光度计及四点探针法对薄膜的微结构与性能进行了研究.实验结果表明:不同掺杂剂的加入均未改变PEDOT∶ PSS薄膜的聚集态结构,而薄膜的表面形貌出现了明显的不同;掺杂后薄膜电导率和透光率均有明显提高,并且经退火后电导率随着退火温度的升高而增加;在相同的掺杂浓度下,掺杂山梨醇的PEDOT∶ PSS薄膜表现出最好的电导率和透光率.
