为了实现激光制导动靶照射光斑的精确测量,建立了高精度相对测量系统.对光斑检测、精准时序控制及动靶跟踪等主要问题做了深入的研究.首先介绍光斑检测的原理和实现,保证在不同的光照条件下均可快速、有效地检测到光斑;然后采用精准时序控制技术实现光斑信号及图像的同步采集,完成激光编码方式的监测;最后采用可见传感器跟踪靶板,红外传感器采集光斑图像,针对草原背景复杂、对比度低等情况,采用有向边缘算子及直线段检测算法检测靶板边缘,利用轨迹预测算法保证靶板跟踪的稳定性,完成激光光斑照射精度的精确检测.通过外场实验证明,该系统能够自动对光斑的时序特性和空间特性进行测量,时序精度达到0.04μs,位置精度达到0.07 mrad.能够满足动靶照射精度稳定跟踪、精确测量的要求.

In order to realize the accurate measurement of irradiated spot in moving target in laser guid-ance,a relatively measuring system with high precision is established.The spot detection,precise timing control and moving target tracking problems are deeply studied.First,the principle and reali-zation of spot detection are introduced,which ensure the spot is detected quickly and accurately in dif-ferent light conditions.Then the precise timing control technique is used to realize the collection of synchronous sampling spot signal and image,which completes monitoring of the laser coding mode. Finally,target panel is tracked by the visible sensor,and light spot image is collected by infrared sen-sors.In order to detect target plate edge in the grassland complex background and low contrast condi-tion,directed edge operator and line segment detection algorithms are used.The trajectory prediction algorithm is used to ensure the stable target tracking and accurate detection of laser irradiation. Through the field experiments,the system is proved the ability of automatical measurement of the spot timing characteristics and spatial characteristics.Timing accuracy is 0.07 μs and the position accuracy is 0.04 mrad.The method can meet the requirement of stable tracking and accurate measure-ment of target irradiation.
