为了研究聚酰亚胺(PI)溶液黏度对TFT玻璃基板粘接性能的影响,本实验制备了一系列不同黏度的PI溶液.通过制备5层粘接试样研究了PI液黏度大小对TFT基板粘接强度的影响.研究发现,在PI液黏度从86 CP减小到15 CP过程中,其和TFT基板的粘接强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势.这是因为当PI液黏度较大时,粘接剂和被粘物表面的接触距离远和接触面积小是抑制粘接强度增大的关键因素,而当PI液黏度较小时,PI膜本身的内聚能小则是阻碍粘接强度增大的关键因素.当PI液黏度为37 CP时,能同时满足低黏度和高粘接强度的生产要求.

To research the adhesion strength between polyimide(PI)solution and TFT substrate,a series of polyimide solutions with different viscosity were prepared to research its adhesion strength with TFT substrate by preparing a 5-layer adhesion sample.The results demonstrated that the adhesion strength between polyimide solution and TFT substrate increased at first and then decreased when the PI solution viscosity decreased from 86 CP to 15 CP.The long contact distance and small contact area between PI membrane and TFT substrate were the key factor to achieve high adhesion strength when PI solution viscosity was greater than 37 CP.However,when its viscosity was less than 37 CP,the cohesive energy of PI solution became the key factor to achieve high adhesion strength.When PI solution viscosity was 37 CP,it could meet the production requirements of low viscosity and high adhesion strength with TFT substrate.
