研究了涂层中增塑剂体积分数与涂层力学性能的关系。试验结果表明,当加入增塑剂使涂料成膜物的玻璃化温度(Tg)与使用温度相近时,涂层具有最佳的耐冲击性、柔韧性和附着力。从自由体积理论得出,当增塑剂的体积分数φd满足公式φd≈(Tgp-T)/(Tgp-Tgd)时,涂层具有良好的力学性能,实验也验证了这一理论计算结果。
The relation of volume fraction of plasticizer in coating film with the mechanical property was investigated. Experimentally, it was shown that the film possessed optimum impact resistance, flexibility and adhesion when the added plasticizer made the Tg of film- former close to the environmental temperature. It was concluded from free volume theory that the film had good mechanical property when the volume fraction of plasticizer φd met the equation φd (Tgp - T)/(Tgp- Tgd) ,which was also confirmed by experiment.
