采用溶剂擦拭法、原子灰腻子刮涂、Ar+直流等离子体表面处理法以及Ar/O2射频等离子体表面处理法等几种不同的表面处理方法,不同程度地提高了聚氨酯泡沫塑料(PUF)与聚氨酯涂层的附着力。刮涂腻子表面改性简单易行,适用性强;射频Ar/O2等离子体表面改性效果较好,但需专用设备。

A number of measures have been used to improve the adhesion of coatings on polyurethane foam, such as solvent rubbing, putty application, Ar+ DC plasma surface treatment or Ar/O2 ratio frequency plasma surface treatment. The surface modification with putty is an easy way to be used and the ratio frequency plasma modification shows the best results, but needs proprietary equipment.
