将纳米SiO2分散到紫外光固化体系,通过紫外光原位固化制得纳米SiO2/聚丙烯酸酯复合涂层.纳米SiO2的分散稳定性受活性稀释单体、齐聚物和纳米SiO2含量等因素影响.红外光谱测试表明,纳米SiO2与有机基料产生相互作用.TEM表明,复合涂层中纳米SiO2呈有效的分散状态.
