用阳离子分散剂和颜料红22在微射流机上制备了水性色浆,实验表明微射流制备的色浆具有更好的分散性能.粒径180 nm左右时,Zeta电位达到46 mV左右.实验表明:该水性色浆用于染色比一般分散方法制备的色浆具有更好的K/S值和牢度,微射流用于水性色浆的制备是可行的.
