采用环保型涂料,提高涂料的利用率,减少涂料的使用量以达到涂装车间减少废气排放的要求.涂装车间目前治理废气常用的方法有:直接燃烧法、液体吸收法、活性炭吸附法.因为对资源的重新回收利用的要求,活性炭吸附法和液体吸收法得到更多的研究和发展.液体吸收法根据涂料是水性或溶剂型分别采用水或矿物油(如硅油)作吸收剂,提高吸收效率.活性炭吸附法最有前景的是采用活性炭纤维布(ACFC) 作为吸附介质,通电加热脱附回收有机溶剂.
