用TEM和动态光散射研究了丙烯酸羟基乳液(AHE)/亲水多异氰酸酯(HPPI)的粒径及其粒径分布.研究发现当HPPI分散于水中时,分散体中存在三种粒子形状:粒状、条状和片状.三种粒子共存于混合乳液中:HPPI、AHE及其复合物.而只有少量的HPPI单独存在,大多的HPPI与AHE粒子粘接,形成相界面结合紧密的AHE/HPPI.AHE、HPPI和AHE/HPPI粒径大小依次为:AHE/HPPI＞AHE＞HPPI.搅拌强度越大,HPPI和水之间的界面张力越小,AHE/HPPI粒子越小.贮存过程中单个分散的HPPI与HPPI不断聚集在一起.同时,在HPPI和AHE之间的界面发生扩散和交联,使粒径及其分布减小.
