利用开路电位法详细研究了化学氧化合成的去掺杂态N-乙基苯胺与苯胺(EA/AN)共聚物的涂装方式和共聚单体物质的量比对其涂层在弱酸性介质中的防腐性能.结果表明,以去掺杂态EA/AN共聚物涂层为底漆、环氧树脂为面漆的复合涂层具有最佳的防腐效果.该复合涂层钢板在pH值为4.5的弱酸性盐酸介质浸泡50 h后,由于渗透酸的掺杂作用,开路电位开始稳步上升,上升幅度约50 mV,最终所达平衡开路电位远高于单层环氧树脂.其中,单体n(EA):n(AV)为20:80的去掺杂态共聚物表现出最优防腐效果,其与环氧树脂形成的复合涂层平衡开路电位最终可达-380~-390 mV,较裸露钢板相应提高约455 mV.在长达8个月的浸泡过程中,开路电位维持恒定不变,涂层平整不脱落,不起泡,也无锈点出现.
