以二乙醇胺改性双酚A型环氧树脂E-44,在保证改性产物水分散性前提下,保留尽可能多的环氧基.加入醋酸中和成盐后,制得阳离子型环氧树脂体系.研究了反应温度和时间的影响.通过元素分析确定制得改性树脂中氮元素的含量.利用红外光谱对改性树脂结构进行表征,对固化后的树脂进行DSC和TG测试.结果表明:E44树脂与乙二醇胺在80℃左右反应3 h能进行很完全.改性树脂中氮含量在1.74%~1.825之间,得到的改性树脂水性化和固化性能最好.
