以改性硅溶胶为无机组分,双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯为有机组分,制备了UV同化环氧丙烯酸酯/SiO2杂化涂料.研究了改性硅溶胶制备条件及其用量对杂化涂料机械性能的影响,并用FT-IR和TG对固化膜进行了表征.结果表明改性硅溶胶能够同时提高体系的硬度和柔韧性,当n(MPTMS):n(HCI):n(TEOS)为0.75:0.024:1、改性硅溶胶与环氧丙烯酸酯的质量比为30:70时,涂膜机械性能最佳.TG分析结果表明改性硅溶胶的加入可以明显提高环氧丙烯酸酯的热稳定性.
