通过正交实验研究了自干型水分散氟硅改性丙烯酸树脂的影响因素,系统地分析了各个因素对于树脂成膜后的不同性能的影响,重点分析了氟元素含量(元素的质量分数)、硅元素含量(以下简称含量)、亲水基团含量的交互影响,讨论了氟、硅含量对树脂成膜性能的影响,找出了较佳的反应条件m(甲基丙烯酸甲酯):m(丙烯酸丁酯):m(苯乙烯):m(丙烯酸-β-羟丙酯):m(叔碳酸乙烯酯)=50:10:8:4:2,丙烯酸六氟丁酯(6F)作为氟改性单体.研究结果表明:亲水基团在10%、氟含量在10%、硅含量在1%时能明显改进树脂的硬度和耐水性;可以通过调整各单体的比例来满足实际应用对树脂不同性能的要求.
