为了提高TiO2光催化薄膜的利用效率,实验分别采用金属离子Zn(2+)和其氧化物ZnO掺杂TiO2的方法,制备以TiO2为基体的复合光催化薄膜.利用简单易行的溶胶凝胶法,一种是将Zn(2+)、ZnO掺杂于TiO2溶胶中,分别制备金属、半导体氧化物掺杂的混合溶胶,采用浸渍提拉的方法以玻璃片为载体涂膜,然后用马弗炉进行热处理制得样品.另一种是利用SiO2对2种掺杂的复合TiO2薄膜进行表面处理改性后,热处理得样品.将所得样品进行接触角、紫外--可见分光光度计、红外、AFM测试,对其性能进行表征.结果表明:Zn(2+)的掺杂量为0.1 g时,测试结果比较理想;经过SiO2表面处理过的Zn(2+)/TiO2复合光催化膜的超亲水性最好,水滴刚滴上,静态接触角几乎为O°;ZnO/TiO2复合光催化膜的吸光性能最高,但透过率较低,透明性比较差.
