采用种子乳液聚合方法合成了一种新型的核壳结构丙烯酸酯乳液.研究了核壳比例、乳化剂种类与用量、种子乳液的稳定时间和交联剂用量等因素对乳液性能的影响,以及对乳胶粒子的多分散指数的影响,优化了合成工艺.结果发现加入特殊单体能够改善成膜物的耐水性,并因此确定了特殊单体的比例.
