用稳定剂爱利索TMRM - 825对SiO2气凝胶进行改性并制备成浆料,以水性丙烯酸树脂为成膜物,在助剂的配合下制得水性纳米透明隔热涂料.实验结果表明,用稳定剂对SiO2气凝胶进行改性,能够实现纳米颗粒的均匀分散.玻璃涂覆膜厚为20~25μm时,涂膜有良好的机械性能,可见光透过率大于89%,透明性好,同时有较好的隔热效果.
