以亚麻油为脂肪酸,对季戊四醇和三羟甲基丙烷优化复配组合,探讨合成水溶性醇酸树脂的有效方法,研究了制备水溶性醇酸树脂的影响因素,并对树脂进行了结构表征.结果表明:酯化反应中树脂合成的反应温度控制在160~ 200℃之间,加偏苯三酸酐时酸值控制在10 ~ 15 mgKOH/g之间,树脂终点酸值控制在40 ~ 60 mgKOH/g最为适宜.制得的水溶性醇酸树脂固含量为50%,黏度为210 mPa·s,耐水性、耐油性、耐干性优良,克服了传统醇酸树脂贮存稳定性差、润湿力差的缺点,性能得到全面提高.
