通过小型实验和扩大实验研究了用 Cl-P507 萃取色层法制备高纯氧化镱的工艺流程和工艺条件,重点考查了淋洗酸度对分离效果的影响规律。在扩大实验中,色谱柱为Φ102 mm×2000 mm,以99% Yb2O3 为原料,载量 1.06%,在常温下单柱一次分离获得 99.999% 的高纯 Yb2O3,直接收率大于 85.5%。并且详细列出了产品杂质分析结果,对工艺的优缺点及相关的技术经济指标也进行了分析。
A refining process for high purity(>99.999%) Yb2O3 was studied. The process can be fulfilled by a column extraction-chromatography of Cl-P507 resin at room temperature. Multifold elution was applied for separating the impurities and the elution acidity was in the range of 1.0~3.0 mol/L HCl. The scale of column is Φ102 mm×2000 mm and the loading capacity of resin is 1.06%. Taking Yb2O3 with purity 99% as the raw material, the refined product of high purity (99.999%) Yb2O3 was obtained and the recovery of Yb2O3 is more than 85.5%. Besides, the technical-economy profit of the refining process was analyzed.
