研究了简单退火、双重退火、固溶时效和形变热处理对 Ti-6242S 合金显微组织和性能的影响,选择出双重退火热处理工艺,即在 900~980℃,1 h,空冷+593℃,8 h,空冷处理的棒材,显微组织为等轴α+β转,并具有最佳的综合性能.

The effects of heat treatments, including simple annealing, duplex annealing, solution treatment and aging, thermomechanical treatment, on the microstructure and properties of Ti-6242S alloy were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the bar duplex annealed at 900~980℃,1 h AC+593℃,8 h, AC is equiaxial α+βtrans crystal, and the alloy has an excellent comprehensive properties.
