以γ-Ce2S3 为例详细阐明了直接法、还原法、机械化学法等制备稀土倍半硫化物的方法,指出还原法将成为工业规模生产稀土倍半硫化物颜料的主要途径,在还原法制备稀土倍半硫化物过程中配加适量的碱金属添加剂和稀土二元化可降低其合成温度,同时对产物的颜色产生一定的影响.对γ-Ln2S3 进行氟处理可改善γ-Ln2S3的颜色,氟处理和包膜处理可提高γ-Ln2S3 的耐温及化学稳定性能.
