高纯金属镓主要以砷化镓、磷化镓、氮化镓及低熔合金等形式应用于电子、通讯等行业, 近年来应用越来越广, 需求量逐年增加. 对高纯金属镓的制备方法进行了综述, 重点介绍了电解精制法、部分结晶法、电解-结晶法、真空精馏法、真空热解法等, 认为我国应加强高纯金属镓的研制及生产.
