制备了一系列添加稀有金属氧化物MxOy(M=Zr,Nb,Pr,Sm,Tb,Yb)的钼-铋催化剂.研究了反应温度、异丁烯在原料气中的浓度、稀有金属在催化剂中的比例、稀有金属的种类对催化剂活性的影响,找出了最佳反应条件.用XRD等方法对催化剂进行了表征.实验证明,添加稀有金属氧化物显著提高了催化剂的活性及甲基丙烯醛的选择性.在含有稀有金属氧化物的钼-铋催化剂中,物种之间存在着强烈的协同作用,这可能是催化活性大大提高的主要原因.
