利用二步液相还原法制备了金/银金属-金属芯-壳复合结构的纳米颗粒. 用透射电子显微镜和紫外-可见分光光度计对颗粒的形貌和光学吸收特性进行了表征. 结果发现: 金芯/银壳复合结构的纳米颗粒呈现出单分散的球状分布, 其吸收光谱具有明显的双峰等离子体吸收特征, 一个吸收带位于纯银纳米颗粒的等离子体吸收峰附近(~390 nm), 另一个吸收带介于纯金和纯银纳米颗粒的等离子体吸收峰之间, 且随着反应液中金离子摩尔数的增加而产生红移;而银芯/金壳复合结构的纳米颗粒则为包含球状、三角状等结构的多分散体系, 其吸收光谱呈现单峰的等离子体吸收特征, 吸收峰介于纯金和纯银纳米颗粒的等离子体吸收峰之间, 随着反应液中金离子摩尔数的增加, 吸收峰将向长波方向移动,且吸收带的半极大全宽值(Full width half maximum,FWHM)将展宽.
