通过SEM, AFM, XRD等检测手段对原位矿化复合方式制备的羟基磷灰石/高密度聚乙烯(HAP/HDPE)材料的显微结构进行了系统研究.研究表明, 原位矿化复合方式制备的HAP/HDPE材料中, HAP颗粒以纳米尺度均匀分散在HDPE基体中, 且与HDPE以化学键的方式结合.这种高的界面结合强度使HDPE结晶度提高, HDPE在HAP颗粒表面取向结晶, 并且诱导HDPE形成高度取向的纤维结构.另一方面, HAP颗粒在对HDPE具有成核作用, 纳米HAP颗粒的均匀分散使得HDPE在HAP质量含量相同情况下能形成更多的晶核, 从而使HDPE的晶粒细化, 这两方面的原因导致材料在保证高强度和高模量的情况下具有高的断裂韧性.
