综述了近10余年来稀土配合物药物研究进展以及发展趋势.研究现状反映出参与药物合成的稀土元素以镧、镨、钕和钐为主,配体以杂环化合物为多,药理作用研究主要集中在抗肿瘤、抗病毒以及抗菌等方面.在此基础上指出了稀土黄酮类配合物有望在抗骨质疏松症作用方面表现出良好的前景.
