采用双股并流共沉淀法和柠檬酸络合法制备纳米铜锡复合金属氧化物催化剂.应用BET, TG-DTA, SEM, TEM和XRD对催化剂进行表征,并在常压微型固定床反应器中评价了催化剂的催化活性.研究了催化剂中铜含量和前驱物焙烧温度对催化活性的影响,并与柠檬酸络合法相比较.研究结果表明:得到了纳米级的复合物催化材料,粒径为10~20 nm;铜含量为40%在600 ℃焙烧4 h的催化剂具有较高比表面和最高甲烷燃烧催化活性;初步探讨了催化反应机制,并得到相关动力学参数和方程.
