首次应用低温水相合成方法制备了良好的ZnS:Mn2+量子点材料样品.经过XRD和TEM检测晶粒大小约4 nm.使用323 nm波长激发在585 nm处有很强的橙红色发射.荧光光谱分析总结出Mn2+离子掺杂浓度的优化值为4%.通过能级分析认为ZnS:Mn2+纳米微晶的橙红色为能级Mn2+的T1-6A1之间的能级跃迁.重点考察了ZnS:Mn2+量子点发光强度随时间变化现象,对纳米晶粒表面态氧钝化机制进行了分析.
