通过金相显微镜、电子扫描显微镜以及透射电子显微镜, 对变形镍铝青铜合金的管材进行退火前后组织析出K相的对比观察, 并对管材退火前后的力学性能进行对比.试验结果证明, 退火过程中合金组织内镍和铝元素析出造成K相长大, 方形含铁相消失, KⅣ相增多, 退火后合金的强度下降, 塑性提高.
