采用熔炼-快速冷却工艺及可控结晶技术制备Na2O-PbO-Nb2O5-SiO2系玻璃陶瓷.采用DTA、 XRD、介电性能测试等手段, 分析了Nb2O5含量对Na2O-PbO-Nb2O5-SiO2玻璃陶瓷体系晶化过程和介电性能的影响.结果表明, 结晶温度为750~900 ℃时, 该体系主要形成的晶相为Pb2Nb2O7, NaNbO3和PbNb2O6相.在800 ℃以下结晶处理, Nb2O5含量的增加会抑制体系中NaNbO3相的出现, 使得介电常数随Nb2O5含量的增加而降低;在800 ℃以上结晶处理, Nb2O5含量的增加会促进体系中PbNb2O6相的生成, 同时可能使得体系中玻璃相含量降低, 导致介电常数随Nb2O5含量的增加而升高.
