以三聚磷酸钠为沉淀剂,研究了模拟含铟加压浸出液和实际含铟加压浸出液中影响铟沉淀率的因素.结果表明:常温下,pH值范围在2.5~2.7,搅拌时间为1.5 h,三聚磷酸钠与铟摩尔比为0.91:1,体系中Fe~(3+)浓度小于0.04 g·L~(-1)时,铟的沉淀率高达95%以上.溶液中Fe~(3+)对铟的沉淀率有显著影响,当体系中Fe~(3+)浓度为4.8 g·L~(-1)时,铟的沉淀率从96%降到34%,Fe~(2+),Cu~(2+),Zn~(2+)等金属离子对铟的沉淀率没有影响,温度对铟的沉淀率也没有影响.并提出可能的反应机制:用三聚磷酸钠沉铟,首先析出含羟基的盐In_2OHP_3O_(10)·9H_2O,随后转变为InH_3(PO_4)_2·4H_2O.
Influence factors of indium precipitation rate from simulated and actual pressure oxidative leaching liquor with sodium tripolyphosphate were investigated. The results showed that the indium precipitation rate was above 95% when the pH value was 2.5~2.7, reaction time was 1.5 h and the molar ratio of sodium tripolyphosphate was 0.91:1 without Fe~(3+) at normal temperature, and the indium precipitation rate was reduced to 34% from 96% when the concentration of Fe~(3+) was 4.3 g·L~(-1), while Fe~(2+), Cu~(2+) , Zn~(2+) had no significant effect, neither the temperature. Moreover, the possible mechanism was proposed: with sodium tripolyphosphate, In_2OHP_3O_(10)·9H_2O was precipitated at first, and then transformed into InH_3(PO_4)_2·4H_2O.
