依据Cr-Al-C三元系热力学数据库,计算了合成Cr2AlC过程中的相平衡关系.基于相平衡关系,以合成温度、保温时间、原料类型及原料配比为变量设计了合理的正交试验,并采用热压方法制备了高单相含量的Cr2AlC材料.通过正交试验参数回归,优化出最佳工艺参数,同时发现原料类型为最敏感参数,采用Cr7C3代替单质Cr,C元素粉末作为原料,有利于获得更高单相含量的Cr2AlC材料.通过体系在不同温度下的反应产物,对合成Cr2AlC化合物过程中的反应路径有了较清晰的认识.
