用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)和广角x射线衍射法(WAXD)研究了不同分子量聚丙烯β晶相的结晶和熔融行为.不同分子量聚丙烯β晶相均存在一最佳结晶温度.且此温度不随分子量的变化而改变.β晶相的结晶速率、β晶相的相对含量和聚丙烯的结晶度都跟分子量有一定的关系.在同一结晶温度下.低分子量聚丙烯β晶相的结晶速率比高分子量样品快,但其β晶相的相对含量和结晶度却比高分子量样品低.

The crystallization and melting behavior of β-crystal phase in polypropylene(β-PP) with different molecular weight have been studied by DSC and WAXD techniques. All the four β-PP samples with different molecular weight have a common optimum crystallization temperature. The crystallization rate, relative content of β-crystal phase and the crystallinity of all PP samples were found in relation with the molecular weight of the polymer. With increase in molecular weight, the crystallization rate decreases, while the relative content of β-crystal phase and the crystallinity increase.
