采用连续多次的双电位阶跃法在钛基体上电沉积制备树枝形聚合物/羟基磷灰石复合涂层. 扫描电子显微镜测试结果表明,涂层形貌和晶粒尺寸随PAMAM添加量而变化. 涂层在模拟体液中浸渍前后的质量变化及SEM表征结果证明,复合涂层具有优良的生物活性. 涂层在模拟体液中阳极极化曲线的测试表明,复合涂层具有优良的耐腐蚀性能;复合涂层与钛基体的结合强度达10 MPa左右.
