以经过硅烷偶联剂表面改性的纳米SiO2为种子,制备了纳米SiO2/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液及其涂层;FT-IR分析表明,纳米SiO2/聚丙烯酸酯复合涂层兼具纳米SiO2和聚丙烯酸酯涂层的特征吸收峰;热分析结果表明,加入质量分数为3%的纳米SiO2后热分解速率最大的温度(413 ℃)比聚丙烯酸酯(350 ℃)提高了60 ℃以上;通过计算得到SiO2质量分数为3%样品的热降解活化能为298.40 kJ/mol,比纯聚丙烯酸酯增加了90 kJ/mol.
