以2,6,8,12-四乙酰基-2,4,6,8,10,12.六氮杂四环[5,5,0,03,1105,9]十二烷(TAIW)为原料,利用硝化剂N2O5在HNO3介质中硝化硝解TAIW制得CL-20.该方法可避免浓H2SO4污染,最佳反应条件为:反应温度为40℃,反应时间为1 h,n(TAIW):n(N2O5):n(HNO3)=1:4:36,产率为86.1%,纯度达到99%.产物经元素分析、核磁共振、质谱等测试技术对其结构进行了检测和表征.
