以Fe(NO_3)_3·9H_2O和Zn(NO_3)_2·6H_2O为原料,采用改进的柠檬酸盐前驱物法合成了片状ZnFe_2O_4,进一步通过原位聚合反应得到了聚苯胺(PANI)/ZnFe_2O_4纳米复合物. 利用X射线粉末衍射、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、红外光谱以及荧光光谱等测试技术对其进行了表征. 实验结果表明,通过原位聚合反应PANI沉积在片状ZnFe_2O_4表面. X射线粉末衍射和红外光谱进一步证实了PANI/ZnFe_2O_4纳米复合物的生成. ZnFe_2O_4的引入提高了PANI的荧光发光性能和热稳定性.
Sheet-like ZnFe_2O_4 was prepared by means of a modified citrate precursor method with Fe(NO_3)_3·9H_2O and Zn(NO_3)_2·6H_2O as starting materials. Polyaniline(PANI)/ZnFe_2O_4 nanocomposite was obtained by the in-situ polymerization of aniline in the presence of ZnFe_2O_4. The as-prepared samples were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, infrared and fluorescence spectroscopies. The results show that PANI was deposited on the surface of sheet-like ZnFe_2O_4. X-ray diffraction and infrared spectra further confirmed the formation of PANI/ZnFe_2O_4 nanocomposite. Introducing ZnFe_2O_4 into polymer matrix enhanced the fluorescent emission intensity and thermal stability.
