高温超导介质谐振器是毫米波应用的重要部件之一.本文研究了在确定频率下的介质谐振器的理论计算和实验结果,表明了采用园柱形GdBaCuO超导薄膜介质谐振器可以在毫米波段获得稳定的高Q谐振.
