本文通过优化工艺参数用自制的超声雾化热分解反应装置在多晶Ag基带上制备出了YBCO超导长带,Jc达103A/cm2(15cm).结果发现在700℃预沉积一段时间可有效地防止Ag的挥发和其扩散到YBCO超导层中去,也可以克服Ag的表面粗糙对YBCO层表面形貌和连接性造成的不利影响.同时还发现900℃沉积之后保温一段时间,有利于超导层的取向和连接性的改观.
