溶胶-凝胶法制备的La2/3Ca1/3MnO3多晶样品零场下观测到的电阻随温度的变化同最近针对铁磁金属颗粒体而提出的模型进行了定量的比较性研究,基于这一研究, Mn基钙钛矿多晶样品中颗粒边界效应得以讨论.
The temperature dependence of resistivity obtained in the sol-gel prepared polycrystalline La2/3Ca1/3MnO3 samples is quantitatively studied in terms of a model recently proposed for ferromagnetic metallic granular systems. From this study, the grain boundary effect on the electrical transport is discussed for polycrystalline manganites.
