研究了球墨铸铁与Al2O3陶瓷配副在空气、蒸馏水、乳化液和油润滑条件下的摩擦磨损特性.结果表明,随着空气、蒸馏水、乳化液和油润滑顺序,Al2O3陶瓷和铸铁副的摩擦系数及各自的磨损量都逐渐降低.对Al2O3磨面进行形貌及能谱分析,发现在干摩擦条件下Al2O3磨面有大量球铁或钢的转移物组成的迁移膜,在润滑条件下则没有.在空气和蒸馏水润滑下,铸铁中石墨能起到不同程度的润滑减磨作用,而在乳化液和油润滑下石墨难以发挥其润滑作用.
