利用SEM拉伸装置对Al2O3(sf)/Al-5.3Cu复合材料微观断裂过程进行了原位观察,并用TEM分析了该复合材料的界面状况。研究表明:复合材料的断裂是一种复合断裂机制,界面存在CuAl2化合物。提出了判断合金元素对界面影响的分析方法。
The microscopic fracture process of Al2O3(sf)/Al-5. 3Cu composites was observed by in-situ tensile test in SEM. The interfacial structure between the fibres and matrix was studied by TEM. The tests show that the fracture of the composites induded a complex fracture mechanism. The CuAl2 exit in the interface between the fibre and matrix. The forecast method to evaluate the influence of alloy element on interfacial was proposed
